In the Name of God Amen I EDWARD PRESTRIDGE of the Parish of St James in the Liberty of Westminster and in the County of Middlesex ~ Mason ~ being in sound mind do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say I give and bequeath unto EDWARD CHAPMAN BIRD of the Precinct of White Friars in the City of London ~ Merchant ~ and THOMAS BILCLIFFE of King Street in the Parish of St James in the Liberty of Westminster and in the County of Middlesex ~ Carpenter ~ all and singular my stock in trade consisting of all kind of stone masons tools and materials and as also my house situated in my yard and all buildings thereon together with all my Books of Trade and all debts due to me therein together with all my wearing apparel and also my house at Eydon in the County of Northampton in trust that they do sell all my stock in trade houses and buildings & to receive all debts due to me on my books and with the produce thereof to pay all my just debts and when they are paid give and bequeath the rest and residue unto my wife MARY PRESTRIDGE for her own use and benefit and I do constitute the said Edward Chapman Bird and Thomas Bilcliffe my Executors to this my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made Signed this tenth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Sixty Four ~ Edward Prestidge ~ Signed published and declared in presence of us JAMES WOOLVERTON ~ Jno WHITFIELD This Will was proved at London the tenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and sixty five before the Worshipful Arthur Collier ~ Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right Worshipful George Hay also Doctor of laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oaths of Edward Chapman Bird and Thomas Bilcliffe the Executors named in the said Will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer.
