This is the last Will and Testament of me Hannah Glazer of the Parish of Worplesdon in the County of Surry Widow wherein I commend my Soul to God and dispose of my worldly Estate as follows I will give and bequeath all and every my Monies Securities for Money Household ffurniture Plate Linen and China and in general all my personal Estate of every Sort and kind unto and equally between my Children Sarah Smither Wife of James Smither of Worplesdon aforesaid Husbandman Mary Burgess Wife of John Burgess also of Worplesdon Husbandman Elizabeth Voakes wife of James Voakes also of Worplesdon Husband James Glazer Hannah Sale Wife of Thomas Sale also of Worplesdon Husbandman Matthew Glazer Rebecca Jackson Wife of John Jackson of Printer Ann Smith Wife of Edward Smith of Bisley in the said County Victualler Charlotte Glazer and Martha Mercer Wife of Joseph Mercer of Worplesdon aforesaid Husbandman To hold to them my said Children Sarah Smither Mary Burgess Elizabeth Voakes James Glazer Hannah Sale Matthew Glazer Rebecca Jackson Ann Smith Charlotte Glazer and Martha Mercer their Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever to and for their several and respective uses and Benefits absolutely Subject nevertheless and I hereby charge my said Estate with the payment of my just debts and my ffuneral and Testamentary Expenses And I hereby appoint my said Daughter Sarah Smither = and my said Son James Glazer Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said Hannah Glazer (the Testatrix) have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the Eleventh day of ffebruaryr in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and nine The Mark and Seal of Hannah Glazer X Signed sealed published and declared by the said Hannah Glazer the Testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament the day of the date in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our Names as Witnesses William Gonat ffras Niblett This Will was proved at London on the twenty fifth day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nine before the Right Honourable John Nicholl Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oaths of Sarah Smither (Wife of James Smither) and James Glazier (by mistake in the Will written Glazer) the Son of the deceased and the Executors named in the said Will to whom administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased they having been first sworn by Commission duly to administer.
