All my freehold and copyhold messuages and all my goods to my friends Nathaniel Wix of 
Dorking, yeoman and James Hebard of Ewell, gentleman, Executors in trust (five pounds 
each) to sell the same and of the money one three sevenths part to my sons George Gurnett 
and John Gurnett between them at twenty one and three sevenths to my daughters Hannah 
wife of John Longhurst, Elizabeth Gurnett and Esther Gurnett between them (last two at 
twenty one) and a seventh one hundred pounds to my son George, Executor, when my son 
John Gurnett is twenty one; residue (if any) to my daughter Jane wife of James Knight
