To my nephew Richard Eager all my freehold messuage called Catshams and Smithams, 
Alfold in the occupation of Henry Nye; to my nephew James Eager all my freehold messuage 
Park Garden and Clapper Platt, Alfold and thirty pounds; to my niece Elizabeth Street wife of 
William Street of Bramshott, Hampshire, one hundred and twenty pounds; to my niece Mary 
Eager one hundred and twenty pounds; ten pounds for funeral expenses from which thirteen 
shillings and sixpence loaves to the poor of Alfold on the second Sunday after the funeral; 
residue to my four cousins; to Richard Eager, jnr., all my household goods; Richard Eager 
and James Eager Executors

Witnesses: Thomas Wooberry; Mary Sayers spinster; John Sayers

Proved: 31 July 1786 to James Eager power reserved to the other Executor
