Kibblewight and William Hays; to my wife Elizabeth Joyce all my messuage etc. in 
Godalming in my occupation and all utensils and stock in trade in her widowhood and 
then it and my messuage etc. in Farncombe, Godalming in the occupation of Richard 
Parker to my brother in law William Chitty and friend Richard Chitty of Milford, 
Witley, frameworkknitter, execs. in trust to sell same and pay to my daughters 
Elizabeth Joyce, Mary Joyce, Letitia Joyce, Sarah Joyce and Ann Joyce œ100 each at 
marriage or 21 and surplus to my six daughters Elizabeth, Mary, Jenny Lee wife of 
Lawrence Lee, Letitia, Sarah and Ann between them; residue to said execs.
