This is the last Will and Testament of me Stephen Fowler  of Cowfold in the County 
of Sussex Builder made the thirteenth day of November One thousand eight hundred 
and eighty two I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever 
and wheresoever Unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Ann absolutely and I appoint her Sole 
Executrix of this my Will I revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions In 
Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year aforesaid

Signed published and declared by the said Stephen Fowler the Testator as and for his 
last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in 
the presence of each other (all present at the same time) have hereunto subscribed our 
names as witnesses

Proved at Chichester the 9th day of November 1883 by the Oath of Elizabeth Ann 
Fowler Widow the Relict of the deceased the sole Executrix named in the Will to whom 
administration was granted 

The testator Stephen Fowler was late of Cowfold in the County of Sussex Builder and 
died on the 19th day of December 1882 at Cowfold aforesaid
