Irish Whiskey Steak
1 fillet steak
ground black pepper
oil
3 tablespoons Irish Whiskey.
2 tablespoons cream
There is no need to tell you how luxurious this recipe really is!
Pound pepper into both sides of steak.
Heat oil, and add steak.
Fry for about 5-6 minutes on both sides.
Just prior to completion, drain fat, and pour on Whiskey.
Flame steak, and cook a fraction longer. Place steak on heated plate.
Add cream to pan. Mix well. Pour over steak. Sprinkle with parsley.
