Hautamaki	Kauhajoki		Jacob Hautamaki was the father . His wife's name was Serverina, last name unknown. children: Martin, Andrew, Jack,Aliina, Svanti, Fiina.All but two of them came to Minnesota around the 1900 era. Hinkula, Olog Olofsson	Liminka Oulu Finland	b. 1752 d. 1818	Olof appears to have married Sophia Philips, 1774, also from Liminka. They had 2 children: Andreas Olofsson, Brita and Isak. Olof's great-grand-son: GUSTAF JOHN HINGULA b.1849 married: Anna Sofia Passo from Uleaborg (1862-1933) -- emigrated to New York, USA -- died: 1926 in Brooklyn, NY. Huhtala, Mathilda (Reini)	Yliluoma, Ylistaro	b. 3 Sept 1878	to an unmarried mother, Hedvig/Henrika Huhtala, b. 21 January 1836 in Mettala. She had two siblings (also born out of wedlock): Gustaf Huhtala, b. 14 Dec 1858 and Susanna Huhtala, b. 6 March 1867. Her maternal grandparents were Henrik and Susanna Huhtala. Their other children included: Jacob, b. 20 April 1833 and Johan Gustaf, b. 13 June 1830. Mathilda moved to Isokyro as a young woman and worked as a maid on a farm. She immigrated to the US alone in April 1902 through Ellis Island. Her stated destination was Carbonado, Washington. Mathilda married Matti Wiita Reini (b. 3 April 1879 in Ylistaro) who was also from Isokyro though it is unknown if they knew each other there. They married in 1905 in Washington State, US and settled in Hamilton, Seattle and, finally, Issaquah. They had 6 children - Einer, Helia, Louie, Miriam, Aune and George. Children: Arvo Villiam 16.8.1909-21.10.1909; Urho Nikolai 23.8.1910 married Maria Hietaoja b. 6.12.1907 Isojoki; Urho and Maria had the following children: Seppo Olavi b. 8.6.1944; Selma had another son Svante Eemeli Selmason b. 18.1 .1916 Isojoki that was not Isaac son he had a child Arja Liisa 3.9.1944 Pori. arrived in United States March 1910 and went to Newberry Michigan. Koski, Antti Antinpoika	Kaustinen, Finland	b.30 Nov 1863	d. 11 Aug 1891, Brantwood, WI, US This is my great-grandfather. He was born in Finland to Anders Titusson Mustiikaniemi Koski and Anna Elisatytätar Byggar Pykari (to the best of my research) in Kaustinen. He married Johanna Aliisa Antintytär Meriläinen (b. 25 Apr 1875 in Halsua / d. 1943 in Brantwood, WI, US) in Halsua on 11 Aug 1891. Their first daughter (my grandmother) Hilda Eliina Koski was born in Halsua on 25 Jul 1892. Antti immigrated to the US in 1892 and Johanna and Hilda immigrated in 1896. Kosola, Kusta	Kosola Finland	b. 18 September 1867	My grandfather, Kusta Kosola came to America in 1888 and my grandmother, Maria Hakoniemi arrived in 1894. They met each other in Western Pennsylvania, then got married. They both came from the same area of Finland, just Northwest of Lapua, but did not know each other at that time. Kusta Kosola died 2 February 1941, New Castle, Pennsylvania. Landquist, Fredrick (Landqvist)	Vaasa	b.1832	The family story is that he stowed away on a ship when he was about 12 years old. Eventually he became a sea captain. He may not have come to the US immediately. The earliest information we have of him in the USA is that he was married in Indiana in about 1871 to Mathilda Magnuson (Nilsdotter) [died on 29 Aug 1936 in Holdrege, Nebraska. She was born in Småland, F, SE. Parents: Nils Yohan Swan Magnuson and Maria Skoog.] I assume Fredrick Landqvist was a Swedish Finn. Once in the U.S. he changed his last name to Brown. He had two brothers: Arthur Johannes Lindfors b. 24 Jun 1880 - Siipy, Finland d. unknown in Philadelphia, PA immigrated to US in 1901 and settled in Maynard, MA. Axsel Lindfors b. unknown d. unknown Axsel stayed in Finland and had a family. I think he may have moved to Helsinki. I am looking for any descendents of this family. Lindquist, Carl Emil	Helsingfors	10 August 1856	First child of 16 siblings, Parents: Johan Fredrick Lindqvist, born 10/8/1824 in Orivesi and Maria Gustava Ramulin, born 1/5/1836 in Tammerfors.
