Obituary For: Erich Johan Tolkkinen (23 June 1859-16 May 1916) ************************************************************************ Submitted by: Colleen, Date: 2006 © All rights reserved. ************************************************************************ The funeral of Erick Tolkkinen, who died very suddenly at his home south-west of town Tuesday, was held Friday from at the Finnish Lutheran Church, Rev. Hagel officiating. Deceased was about 65 years of age, and has resided on a farm about 3 miles from New York Mills for the past 15 years. He was a highly respected and kind neighbor and friend, and will be greatly missed, both in the home and in the community. Deepest sympathy is extended to the bereaved relatives.
