Benjamin DeVane Chapter, USD 1812 met on February 16, 2008 at the Orange
Blossom Tea Room in
Chapter
Historian Rooney Zink presented an interesting program on the history of the Chapter
and some of the highlights of the War of 1812. She documented these in a book,
a copy of which was presented to State Historian and Chapter Member Linda Neal.
The copy will be forwarded for inclusion in the library at National
Headquarters.
