Book HH, page 171-173, warranty deed, [transcribed by Jane Townes from photocopy] [pg 171] This Indenture Made the 29th day of December A.D. 1900 between Kate Frink (Spinster) of the County of Brevard and State of Florida party of the first part and Robert L. Motlow of the County of Brevard and State of Florida party of the second part Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part for and in consideraton of the Sum of Five hundred dollars to her in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged [pg. 172] has granted bargained Sold and transferred and by these presents does grant bargain sell and transfer unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of Brevard and State of Florida and more particularly described as follows: Commencing on the west bounds of Delanoy Ave at a stone [?] post run westerly one hundred & fourteen (114) feet more or less to a stone post being the north west corner of a lot heretofore sold to Miss Kate & Harry Eyer thence run north twenty (20) feet thence East one hundred & fourteen (114) feet more or less to the west Bounds of Delanoy Ave thence south twenty feet (20) to place of beginning bounded on the South by lands of Kate & Hary Eyer on the East by Delanoy Ave & north & west by lands of O.K. Wood Lizzie Wood his wife & Addie M Wood recorded in Brevard Co. Florida March 21st 1891 in Book [illeg] page 150. Together with all the tenements hereditamets and appurtenances with every privilege right title interest and estate dower and right of dower reversion remainder and easement thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining To have and to hold the same in fee simple forever and the said party of the first part does covenant with the said party of the second part that she is lawfully seized of said premises that they are free of all incumbrances and that she has good right and lawful authority to sell the same and that she will warrant and forever defend the same against the lawful claims all persons. In Witness Whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto set her hand and Seal the day and year above written Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of Kate Frink (Seal) C.W. Taylor State of Florida County of Brevard I hereby certify that on this 29th day of December A.D. 1900 before me a Notary Public personally appeared Kate Frink (Spinster) to me well known to be the person desscribed in and who executed the foregoing conveyance to Robert L.
