DIRECTIONS: From Blountstown, FL traffic light go west on Hwy 20 for about
6.2 miles to the intersection of Hwy 20 and Hwy 275. Turn left on Hwy 275
and go south for 2.3 miles to Abe Springs Church and Cemetery (New). From
the church cemetery go across the highway, across a ditch in the woods.
Walk about 1/4 miles straight ahead looking for a small grove of trees.
Look for a magnolia tree at the edge of this grove of trees. When you see
this magnolia tree you are at the the old cemetery. Original size and number
of graves unknown. Pines were planted right up the grove of trees. This
cemetery was about 400 yards west of the old Abe Springs Courthouse.
William Henry Clark and Thomas Clark were buried there. Location of graves
unknown.
