Stained-Glass Window Added to Library

The
Citrus Springs Memorial Library has a new beautiful stained-glass window that was placed above the sliding doors at the entrance to the Genealogy Wing at the library. It is a beautiful window, with the tree of knowledge flanked at both sides by volumes of books, very detailed and colorful. The w
indow was crafted and installed on June 29, 2002, by Dick Osborn, a member of the Citrus Springs Genealogy Society, , and is another of his creations, thanks to a hobby he acquired after taking a course in stained-glass creations in 1992.Osborn
has crafted several other stained glass items in the community - especially the "Good Shepherd" at the Hope Evangelical Lutheran Church in Citrus Springs. Osborn has lived in Citrus Springs since 1987 and has most recently been a member of the Advisory Board of the M.S.B.U. serving for four years.Pictured is the stained
