1885 State of Florida Census. She also notes that Johnnie E. Woodbery is the second wife of Jonah M. Woodbery
and had only one child, Mable Pearl Woodbery, who died young; all children named are the children of Matilda
Caroline Hinson, first wife of Jonah Milton Woodbery, Jr.

| Last Will and Testament of Jonah M. Woodbery, deceased In the name of God, Amen: I, Jonah M. Woodbery of the County of Gadsden, and State of Florida, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revolking and annulling all wills heretofore made by me, in manner following, that is to say: First. All of my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid as soon after my death an may be conveniently done. Second. I will and bequeath to my wife, Johnnie E. Woodbery for her support and maintenance for and during her life or until she may remarry all of the real and personal property of which I may die seized and possessed. Third. Upon the death or re-marriage of my said wife, Johnnie E. Woodbery, I will and bequeath all of the real and personal property which may not have been consumed by my said wife for her support and maintenance as follows: one part to my daughter, Hattie Gee; one part to my daughter, Berta Ellinor, one part to my daughter, Minnie Irena Johnson; one part to my son, Washington Woodbery; one part to my son, C. H. Woodbery and one part in equal shares to John A. Sylvester, J. H. Sylvester and Katherine Sylvester, children of my daughter, Katie Sylvester, deceased. Should any of my children or grandchildren die before my estate shall have been divided the part devised to them shall go to thier children and in the event that any of them shall die without heirs, their portion shall become a part of my undivided estate and shall be divided among my children and grandchildren in portions as stated above. Fourth. I do hereby appoint my wife, Johnnie (begin page 471) E. Woodbery and my son, Washington Woodbery, sole executors of this my last will and testament and I do hereby give them full power to sell and dispose of and convey as fully as I could do myself any or all of the real estate of which I may die seized and ppossessed, whither at public or private sale and upon such terms as may seem best to them and to deliver to the purchaser or purchasers deeds of conveyance for same, and in like manner to dispose of any personal property of which I may die seized and possessed and to deliver the same over to the purchaser or purchasers, and I do hereby relieve the said purchaser or purchasers from any and all responsibilty as to the application of the proceeds from such sales. In the event of the death of one of my said executors the one surviving shall exercise the same powers and right as granted above to both. I do hereby expressly provide that my said executors or the one surviving shall not be required to give any bond as said executor or executors as to make any appraisement of my estate or settlements through any court. In testimony Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 20th day of June, A. D. 1927. The above, instrument consisting of one page as at the date thereof, signed, sealed, published and declared by the said Jonah M. Woodbery,
as and for his last will and testament, in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence, and in the presence of each other, have
