Here are some new sites I have discovered this past month. Hope some of them will prove useful to you.
At the Arizona State Library Conference in 2002 two librarians presented an excellent session on genealogy research. One of their handouts, “top 10 genealogy websites” is available at:

It gives excellent short annotations for each site and might be useful for your beginning genealogists.

Hoaxbusters is a great Web site at the U.S. Department of Energy that is free and open to everyone. It lists information about hundreds of e-mail hoaxes. Take a look at:

Google has just introduced a new operator to search for synonyms. You use it by adding a tilde – it looks like ~ and is often found on the key to the left of the 1 on your keyboard - in front of the keyword for which you want to find synonyms.
