P.O. Box 657, Sta A

Searcy, Arkansas  72143

Dear Ruth,

I have been working on my Beaman project this past week, and am sending some fact sheets which were compiled to be used as supporting evidence for my research paper when it is finished. The "Records & Minutes ....." is based on a item you published in November 1984,·page 8-91, that I compared with the original meeting books at Guilford College for the years between 1750 and 1815.  I have underlined changes and additional information to highlight the differences.

It has been five years since we did field research in North Carolina, so in conjunction with a family reunion trip next month, we are planning to stop at the Archives in Raleigh and poke around a little.  Never know what will turn up.  I still have a few questions to try to answer before I finalize and distribute my research paper.

We are leaving Leesburg next Sunday, and will be in Fairfax off and on until the end of the year.  We have a busy summer planned, with the high point being a trip to England and Scotland in August.  I will be in touch later this year.

                                                                Sincerely,

                                                               Glorianne E. Fahs
