Charlotte Wiggins Obituary
Charlotte Wiggins of Lake Placid, formerly of Moore Haven, died Aug. 18, 2OO3, at Highlands Regional Medical Center in Sebring. She was born in St. Petersburg Sept. 16, 1929.
Ms. Wiggins moved to Lake Placid in September, 1998 from Moore Haven where she was a grocery store manager.
Mrs. Wiggins is survived by five children, David Whidden and wife, Linda, of Glades County, Johnny Whidden and wife, Jan, of St. Cloud, Minn., Jeff Wiggins and wife, Kathy, of Hampton, Va., Virginia Arnold and husband, Ivan, of Moore Haven, and Jack Wiggins and wife, Mary, of Lake Placid; two sisters, Betty Delaisse and husband, Lacy, of Chipley, and Dottie Gooravin and husband, Dick, of Lake Placid; 16 grand-children, Jason Whidden and Jacob Whidden both of Moore Haven, Matt Whidden of Lake Placid, Tony Whidden of Moore Haven, Little Jeff Wiggins of Jacksonville. Laura Wiggins of Orlando, Daniel Wiggins of Orlando, Michael Mockerman Jr. of Colorado Springs, Co., Kelly Mockerman of Hampton. Va., Renee Harden of Roanoke, Va., Charles Miller of Ft. Gordon. Ga., Paul Miller of Moore Haven, Billy Ray Arnold of LaBelle, Patrick Arnold of Clewiston, Christina Wiggins and J.R. Wiggins both of Ft. Myers; three great grandchildren and many others.
A Funeral Service was held Thursday
Aug. 21, at Fountain Chandler Funeral Home Pastor George Henderson Jr.
officiating. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery. Arrangements made by
Fountain-Chandler Funeral Home.
