This years seminar began a new tradition for the Pinellas
Genealogy Society - the "Unsung Researcher Award"

The book "Mapping the World" has been placed in the PGS
Collection in Pauline's name. |

There were books, charts, forms, maps, quarterlies
and other genealogy supplies on sale. |

At the 2001 seminar luncheon delicious ham or
turkey sandwiches were served along with cookies & chips and
soft drinks. |

Parks Honeywell of The Sons of the American
Revolution (Clearwater Chapter) was on site to answer questions
about becoming a member of the SAR. |

Mary Kitchen represented The Daughters of the
American Revolution (Caladesi Chapter). She gave attendees
insight into becoming a member of the DAR. |

Charlie Grandmaison was on hand to sign up people
for the Brigham Young DNA Project. |
