Orange County Library System: http://www.ocls.info/flashDefault.asp?bhcp=1 Similar to above, you can find what's available through the catalogue and which library in the system has it.
Library of Congress: http://www.loc.gov/index.html The Library of Congress has a huge collection of material online. Especially useful is the American Memory Section. Read the WPA interviews with citizens during the 1930s to see what life was like then.
Florida State Library: http://dlis.dos.state.fl.us/library/ The library is in Tallahassee but has online databases that can be accessed with any Florida library card. A large collection of Florida Government material.
Elmers Genealogical Library: http://www.elmerslibrary.com/ Elmers will do research for you, has a large collection of genealogical books and offers many genealogical programs. Memberships are available.
Alphabetical List of Reference Databases: http://www.lakeline.lib.fl.us/databases/alpalist.aspx This is the alphabetical list of online data bases available through the library. Most can be accessed from home but some, such as Ancestry require that you access it from the library.
Florida Electronic Library: http://www.flelibrary.org/ Log in with your library card number. The library says "The Florida Electronic Library is a gateway to select Internet resources that offers access to comprehensive, accurate, and reliable information."
