This calendar is intended to notify genealogists of upcoming genealogy-related events taking place in Florida. Major national genealogy events have also been included in order to assist local Florida genealogy societies in avoiding potential conflicts as they plan future events. If you would like to contribute or correct information about your local Florida event, please use our handy Event Publicity Form.

Web Submission Policy (Effective August 10, 2008) - Please submit all information at least 6 weeks prior to the event. This calendar is updated on a monthly basis i.e. all submission received during the month will be posted by the end of the month.  (Be courteous and don't wait until the last minute if it can be avoided).
