The veterans’ graves registration of 1940-41 gives locating directions:
From Court House in Crawfordville, proceed south on State Road #110, (U.S. #319) for 4 and 5/10 miles. Turn left (east) on dirt road going 5/10 mile; turn left again on dirt road and go 3/4 mile to cemetery on left.
Betty Green of the historical society participated in a search for the site a few years ago. The effort focused on a place quite near the presently known cemetery by Wakulla Middle School that we identify as Hill African-American or Ezell. She indicates that no definite site could be located.
