In the name of God Amen.

I, John Pons of the city of Pensacola being of sound mind do make this my last will and testament.

I declare that I am the owner ot the south part of a certain Lot of Land situate lying and being in the city of Pensacola and known in the plan then as Lot number 82 containing 60 feet front on Baylen street by 86 feet in depth which said lot and all the buildings and improvements there in.  I give and bequeath unto Maria Rosaria and to all the children that she now has or may hereafter have to be enjoyed by them forever.

I also give and bequeath unto them all other property that I may die seized and possessed of.
