The AAHGS meeting was held at the East Point Library on Sunday, January 25, 2009. The meeting was called to order at 3:10PM by the President Monica Hackney.
Minutes (previously emailed to members) were approved.
An report and update was given by each committee chair. (Please pick up all reports/handouts from your mailbox.)
The treasurer’s report (previously emailed to members) was made and approved.
A calender of events for 2009 was presented by Gene Stephenson.
