Minimum GAGenWeb Requirements for County Sites.  (Penalty:If a County Coordinator is found to be in violation of any of these requirements, they will be given warning and 30 days to correct the infraction. A copy of the emailed warning will be sent to the GAGenWeb Council to verify that warning was sent.)

Required on each page:
B. All pages on the Web site must be clearly identifiable as GAGenWeb
H. Each county page must include a maintained "Last updated" notification.

Then Under Community Click on Government
General should get you Clerk of Superior Court who keeps the Land Records
Law and Justice should get you Probate Court which keeps marriages, wills and in many counties the birth and death certificates
If not, then they are kept by the Health Department.
