Know all men by: these presents that The Martha Bass and Daniel Zachery
are held and firmly bound unto the justices of the Inferior Court Setting
as a Court of Ordinary and their successors in office in the sum of
Eight hundred Dollars payable by the Said Martha Bass and Either of them
their heirs executors administrators or assigns jointly and severally
to be void on Condition that the Said Martha Bass Shall do and perform all
the duties of Guardianship for the persons and and property of William &
(could be a V not & ) I Bass & George W & Sarah Bass orphans
of Alexander Bass deced (deceased abbreviated) as the law Requires
of her otherwise to remain in full force power and virtue
