Georgia, Brooks County.--To all whom it may concern: Whereas, Berry Wells, Administrator of H. V. Folsom, deceased, makes application for Letters of Dismission from said administration.
These are therefore to cite and admonish all parties at interest to file their objections within the time prescribed by law, otherwise said letters will be granted the applicant.
In testimony witness my hand and seal of office, this November 30th, 1866.

Libel for Divorce
It appearing to the Court by the return of the Sheriff, that the defendant does not reside in this county, and it further appearing to the court that this defendant lives out of the state of Georgia. It is therefore ordered that service be perfected in the above stated case, by publication in the Quitman Banner once a month for the space of four months, requiring said James McCannon to be and appear at the Superior court, to be held in and for said county on the second Monday in June next, then and there to make his answer or defensive allegation, in writing, to the Plaintiffs libel for divorce, as in default thereof the court will proceed according to the statutes in such cases made and provided.

To all concerned: Whereas, Mary Thigpen, Executrix of the las will and testament of Sarah Thigpen, deceased, has fully administered the estate of said deceased, and filed her petition with this court, for dismission from such trust. These are therefore to notify all persons at interest to file their objections as required by law, otherwise letters of dismission will be issure and granted to the Applicant.

Estrayed!
From the plantation of the undersigned, one mile northeast of Grooverville, on the night of the 6th inst. Two Mules, to wit: One black horse male, rather small, about eight years old; the other a black mare mule, medium size, good pacer, and branded with a single "B" on the left shoulder. Those mules belong to James burnes and any person delivering the same to me will be rewarded; or any information in reference to their whereabouts will be thankfully received.

LOST!
In Quitman, on Sunday, 14th inst., a Single cased Gold Watch, with centre second hand, white face, with an etruscan gold chain attached, the links of said chain are small and compact; on one end of the chain is a broken hook, (gold) and a compass, and on the other the shrivel is broke and attached to the pendent ring of the watch. The finder will be rewarded by leaving it with Rev. J. H. Alexander or Mr. McIntosh.
