THIS INDENTURE MADE THIS THE FIRST DAY OF SEPTEMBER IN THE YEAR OF OUR LORD EIGHTEEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-THREE ANDREW J. LAINE OF THE COUNTY OF BURKE AND STATE OF THE ONE PART AND HENRY A. LAINE OF THE COUNTY OF______ AND STATE AFORESAID OF THE OTHER PART.  WITNESSETH THAT THE SAID ANDREW J. LAINE FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF FIFTEEN DOLLARS TO HIM IN HAND AT AND BEFORE THE SEALING AND DELIVERY OF THESE PRESENTS THE RECEIPT-WHEREOF IS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED, HATH BARGAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED AND DO BY THESE PRESENTS, GRANT,BARGAIN

SELL AND CONVEY UNTO THE SAID HENRY A. BURKE COUNTY, MY FULL SHARE OF THE WHOLE OF SAID TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, BEING ONE THIRD, WHICH I HAVE THIS DAY SOLD TO MY BROTHER HENRY A. LAINE ONE OF THE OTHER HEIR EQUAL TO MYSELF IN SAID TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND ON THE ESTIMATE SUPPOSED TO BE ABOUT EIGHTY-THREE AND ONE THIRD ACRES, TO EACH SHARE.  THE SAID LOT OF LAND BOUNDED IN SAID 16TH DIST. BY LOTS NO. 331,351,329 AND 311 TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, SAID TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND UNTO HIM THE SAID HENRY A. LAINE, HIS HEIRS AND ASSIGNS TOGETHER WITH ALL AND SINGULAR, THE RIGHTS MEMBERS AND APPENTENENCES THEREOF TO THE SAME IN ANY MANNER

BELONGING TO HIS AND THEIR OWN

PROPER WE BENEFIT AND BEHALF FOREVER IN _______.  AND THE SAID ANDREW J. LAINE FOR HIMSELF, HIS HEIRS,

EXECUTORS AND ADMINISTRATORS, THE

SAID BARGAINED PREMISES UNTO THE SAID HENRY A. LAINE HIS HEIRS AND ASSIGNS WILL WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND THE RIGHT AND TITLE THEREOF AGAINST THEMSELVES AND AGAINST THE CLAIM OF ALL OTHER PERSONS WHATEVER.
