LAINE OF THE COUNTY OF______ AND STATE AFORESAID OF THE OTHER PART. WITNESSETH THAT THE SAID ANDREW J. LAINE FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE SUM OF FIFTEEN DOLLARS TO HIM IN HAND AT AND BEFORE THE SEALING AND DELIVERY OF THESE PRESENTS THE RECEIPT-WHEREOF IS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED, HATH BARGAINED, SOLD AND CONVEYED AND DO BY THESE PRESENTS, GRANT,BARGAIN

THE SAID LOT OF LAND BOUNDED IN SAID 16TH DIST. BY LOTS NO. 331,351,329 AND 311 TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, SAID TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND UNTO HIM THE SAID HENRY A. LAINE, HIS HEIRS AND ASSIGNS TOGETHER WITH ALL AND SINGULAR, THE RIGHTS MEMBERS AND APPENTENENCES THEREOF TO THE SAME IN ANY MANNER
