I am trying to trace my family line through my paternal grand father Ned WISE. Recent research places his birth year as 1869. As near as I can deduce, Ned married Julia MULDREW in 1907 and fathered a daughter named Mildridge. Ned and Julia would subsequently bear Ruth, Milton, Georgia and William. My research leads me to believe that Ned and Julia either separated or divorced, and Ned subsequently married a lady named Easter. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I was born to Bessie LING-REED in 1964. I never knew my father. I was born in Chatham County, GA. in the Georgia Infirmary Hospital. There was some talk of him being a white police officer in Savannah, GA. Does anyone know who he may be? He may have been a married man. My mother is black and worked in the hotel industry after coming from Garnet, SC sometime in the 1950'S. She later married a man named Clarence BROWN, whom I have known as my Dad.

Looking for info on William DOWDY dob 1800 & Margaret Myers DOWDY dob 1807. William DOWDY son of Robert DOWDY dob 1780, and brother Amos DOWDY dob would be around 1790. They are the sons of Daniel DOWDY (need info), and he is the son of Thomas DOWDY (need info). Thomas DOWDY was one of the first migrant from England
