Last Will of

W. C. Epps

Georgia, Clarke County.

I, W. C. Epps of said county, being of sound and disposing mind to make and publish this my last will and testament to nit: 

1st I give and bequeth to my wife Missouri E. Epps to be  used and enjoyed by her during her natural life only all my property of every kind both real and personal, and at her death to be divided among my children or representation of children,  share and share alike.

Item 2nd. I thereby appoint my said wife Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and and relieve her from the necessity of having any inventory or appraisement made on the estate, or making  any returns to the Court of Ordinary.
