From Clarke County, Georgia Estate Records, Book D, page 332:

The will of George P Fellows:

In the name of God Amen I George P Fellows of the county and State aforesaid, being of sound and disposing mind and memory and of advanced age, and knowing that I must depart life deem it right & proper to make a disposition of whatever property I may possess, do make or claim and publish this as my last will and testament revoking any and all others heretofore made by me.

Item 1st I desire all my just debts first paid out of my estate

Item 2nd I have this day left in Trust by Deed to my Daughter Frances A Williamson, wife of James C Williamson a tract or parcel of land in Jackson County containing two hundred eighteen acres the same being the place purchased of William O Thurman seventh November 1855.

Item 3rd I give bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Mary A. Fellows all my property real and personal and of all kinds and description whatever that I may die possessed of with full power to dispose of or do as she [thinks?] proper with the same.

Item 4th I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Mary A Fellows executrix of this my last will & testament, this December 11th 1867
