The death of Mr. Jade Adams on last Tuesday afternoon brought much sadness to the community south of here where he lived. He was first taken with the flu and later developed pneumonia. He was buried on Wednesday in the family burial grounds.
Mr. Adams was about 40 years of age and a son of the late Thomas Adams.
Besides his widow and children he is survived by several brothers and sisters, among them being "Son" and Thomas.
On the following day a young son of Mr. Adams also died of double pneumonia, following flu.
The interment was on Thursday.
