Lawrence Adams, 67, of Douglas, died Tuesday, Feb. 19, following an extended illness.
A native of Coffee County he was the son of the late Rowell Adams.
Funeral services were held at the Chapel of Sims Funeral Home, Thursday, February 21, with the Rev. J. C. Little officiating. Interment followed in the Mt. Zion Cemetery.
Survivors are one son: William L. Adams, Douglas; one sister: Mrs. Janie Wilson, Tifton; two grandchildren.
Active pallbearers were Winston Wright, Virgil Murray, Leroy Wright, Harley Gillespie, Robert Morgan, Roy Parker.
