Died Last Monday, March 25, 1907
Mrs. Araminta Daniel died at the residence of her son, Tommie Daniel, last Monday evening. She was 82 years old and had been very feeble for many years.
She was the daughter of James Preston Ward and Zylpha Kirkland Ward, both pioneer settlers of this area.
Her first marriage was to Mark Lott, with whom she bore 10 children. He died in 1866. Her 2nd husband was Samuel Daniel.
She was buried at the Douglas cemetery.
