Mrs. Sarah Ellen Trimble Barron, 33, of Broxton, Ga., passed away Friday, April 9, 2004, as a result of injuries received in a motor vehicle accident.
Mrs. Barron, a native of Bibb County, Ga., was born February 23, 1971, the daughter of Kenneth Alfred and Patricia Joan Harrell Trimble.
She was a homemaker and member of GracePointe Baptist Church.
Survivors include: her husband, Rev. Ridley H. Barron III of Broxton, Ga.; one daughter, Abigail Ellen Barron of Broxton, Ga.; two sons, R. Harrison Barron IV and Joshua Blake Barron, both of Broxton, Ga.; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ken Trimble of Macon, Ga.; one brother, Clay Trimble and wife, Amy, of Birmingham, Ala.; one sister, Tricia Stevens and husband, Neil, of Alpharetta, Ga.
Funeral services were held Monday, April 12, 2004, 11 a.m., at GracePointe Baptist Church, Douglas, Ga., with Rev. Eddie Christenberry and Rev. Jerry Winfield officiating. Special music was as follows: Keith and Tonda Soloman sang "God of Wonders," with the GracePointe Band.
Also the congregation sang "Wonderful Cross" and "Sing To The King," an instrumental by Keith Soloman "Jesus, Joy of Man's Desiring." Burial will be held at Franklin, Tenn., on Friday, April 16, 2004.
Active pallbearers were Robbie Roberson, Keith Barber, Kevin Trapnell, Gene Williams, Paul Darwin, J. W. Willis, Charles Wills, and Phil Shaw.
Sims Funeral Home of Douglas, Ga., was in charge of arrangements.
