Last rites will be held Sunday, Feb. 28, for Mrs. Mary J. Frier Carter, a former resident of Coffee county who passed away Feb. 23 at the hospital in Chattahoochee, Fla..
Funeral services will be held at three o'clock Sunday afternoon at Mount Pleasant Church, known as Bryd Church near Broxton, with the Rev. Fred Hinsley officiating.
Survivors include her husband, James A, Carter, one son, Alva (Pat) Frier, Welbourne, Fla..
Pallbearers are Charlie Carter, Otis Carter, Elbert Carter, Amos Carter, W. H. Seymour, and Clyde Rollins.
Interment will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with Sims Funeral Home in charge.
