Last rites were held Friday afternoon, July 2, for Ben Crosby, 54, of Willacoochee at the Holiness Baptist Church at Willacoochee following his death June 30.
A member of the Holy Family Catholic church, the deceased was a native of Atkinson county and passed away at his Willacoochee Home following an extended illness.
Survivors include his two brothers, Ed Crosby, and Joe L. Crosby of Willacoochee, and one sister, Mrs. Mary Harper, Alapaha.
Rev. Marvin Mathis was the officiating minister and interment was in the Willacoochee cemetery.
Pallbearers were Frank Roland, David Roland Jr., Eugene Roland, Edward Taft, Osbern Davis, and Voile Carter.
The Tanner Funeral Home of Pearson was in charge of arrangements.
