BYRD   STREET

I am seeking any info on the Alf Street who lived in Dade County. Moreover, I found a photo of a dapper gentleman taken in the late nineteenth-century. On the back of the photo is written: "Alf Street" "Aunt Lizzie's husband." Looking at Georgia census indexes, it appears that he may have come from Dade County. Is there anyone there who might identify this gentleman for me?

I have his photo posted on my free website: http://www.hstreetman.com/ALFSTREET2.HTM

On the same day, in the same flea market, in Commerce, Georgia, I found a photo taken @1912 of a beautiful woman. On the back of the photo is written "Hallie Byrd." Might she also be from Dade County? Is she related to the Street family? If these folks are from Dade County, I would be happy to donate the photos to the genealogy society there. Any info would be helpful! Thanks sincerely. Heidi Streetman   June 20, 2005
