    This society is dedicated to preserving, teaching, and sharing information concerning 
    African American-ancestored family histories, genealogies, and cultures throughout the community.
  • Central Georgia Genealogical Society P.O. Box 2024 Warner Robins, Georgia 31099-2024
    The CGGS is THE Genealogical Society for all of Central Georgia!
    It publishes a quarterly containing data i.e. cemeteries, court records. 
    Through their many volunteers they have made available many valuable records for years. 
    Their financial support have made it possible for numerous books to be published.

  • Wiregrass Genealogical Society
     A group of amateur genealogists who have come together to research and preserve historical records.   
    The membership includes anyone interested in families or history from the counties of 
    Bleckley, Dodge, Laurens,  Montgomery, Pulaski, Telfair, Twiggs  and Wheeler in South Central Georgia .
