Last will and Testament of A.L. Freeman.
I A. L. Freeman of said State and County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last will and Testament revoking all wills before make by me.
Item 1: I wish my executors as soon as possible after my death to pay my deats. If a sale of property shall be necessary I wish him to select for sale that which may be most advantageously used for the purpose, and if I authorize him to sell the same at public or private sale as he may see fit.
Item 2: I give to my daughter Bettie Tullis my entire place consisting of Sixty (61) one acres more or less, known as my home where she now resides. By paying Five Hundred Dollars, Equally divided between each of my children or their heirs, at my Death.
Item 3: My daughter Bettie Tullis is to take care of me the balance of my life to furnish all necessities of life for my comfort and pleasure.
Item 4: I do hereby appoint my Son-in-Law J. T. Tullis executor of this my will.
In testimony where of I have hereto set my hand this 26th day of Sept. 1910.
