Will of Judith C Blakey
In the name of God Amen I Judith C Blakey being of advanced age but of sound & disposing mind & memory & Knowing that I must shortly depart this life do make ordain publish & declare this to be my Last Will & Testament.
Item 1st I conniving my Soul to God & My body to my friends & family to be by them buried in a plain & decent manner suitable to my Circumstances & Situation in life.
Item 2nd I will that all of my Just debts be paid.
Item 3rd I do will give & bequeath unto the children of my beloved son Joseph T. Blakey one sixth of the whole of my Estate both personal & real & mixed of every description that I hold or in possession of at death after paying all of my just debts & do appoint their father Joseph T Blakey trustee & the said Joseph T Blakey to have the control & management of the same for the benefit & maintenance of his children born & to be born.
Item 4th I give will & bequeath unto my beloved daughter Amanda H. C. Sutton & her son Reubin B. Safford one sixth of my whole Estate that I hold or am possessing of to be equally divided between them at my death after paying all of my Just debts.
Item 5th I give will & bequeath unto my beloved son Benjamin C. Blackey & at his death to his Children one Sixth of my whole estate both personal real or mixed of every description that I hold or am possessing of at my death after paying all Just debts.
Item 6th I give Will & bequeath unto my beloved son Bolling A Blakey and at his death to his children one sixth of my whole estate both personal real & mixed of every description that I hold or in possible of holding at my death after paying all of my Just debts.
Item 7th I give will & bequeath unto my beloved son Churchil S. Blakey & at his death to his heirs one sixth of my whole estate both person real & mixed of every description that I hold or in possible of holding at my death after paying all Just debts.
Item 8th I give will & bequeath unto the children of my beloved son Mark A Blakey one sixth of my whole Estate that I hold or am possessing of at my death after paying all Just debts.
Item 9th I do constitute & appoint my beloved sons Bolling A. & Benjamin C Blakey Executors of this my last Will & Testament.

Signed, Sealed delivered & published by Judith C. Blakey in the presence of us the Subscribers who Subscrib our names hereto in the presence of said test at her Special instance & request of each other this November the 28 th 1859.

Personally appearing William R. Smith & Dudley Jones two of the Subscribing Witness to the above & foregoing instrument & being duly sworn on oath saith that they saw Judith C. Blakey sign & Seal the same which she acknoledged to be her last will & Testament & at the time of so doing she was of Sound disposing Mind & Memory that she signed the same Voluntarily as far as they know or believe that they signed the same as Witnesses in her presence at his request together with George W. Williams.
