In the name of God Amen, I Sheriff Brewster senr., being weak in bodily health, but of sound mind & memory Thanks be to God & calling to mind that it is appointed for all men once to die do make ordain 7 establish this my last will & testament, hereby revoking all others heretofore made by me.
1st I wish my body decently buried in plain style without show or ostentation.
2nd I will and desire that all my just debts be paid within one year after my decease.
3rd to my daughter, Permelia Brooks the wife of Bevin Brooks I will the sum of $700 to be paid in money within one year after my death.
4th To my daughter Margaret Austin, I will the sum of seven hundred dollars to be paid in money in the time specified above.
5th Then I will and bequeath unto my son Sheriff Brewster all my property both real & personal that I may own at my death and that may be left remaining after paying the seven hundred dollars to each of my two daughters metioned in the 3rd and 4th claims of this my will.
6th I hereby constitute and appoint my son Sheriff Brewster my sole executor & request that he see that this my will be strictly carried out & executed agreeable to law.
