Greene County In the name of God amen I, James F. Geer of said State and County knowing that I must shortly depart this life deem it right and proper both as it respects my family and myself that I should make disposition of the property with which a kind Providence has blessed me do therefore make this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all others theretofore made by me. 1st I desire and direct that all my just debts be paid. 2nd I give and bequeath and devise to my beloved wife Mary B. Geer with whom I have lived in peace and happiness for 57 years, all my land containing 312 acres more or less with all the rights members and appurtenances to said lot of land in any wise belonging free from all charge or limitations whatever, to her own proper use benefit and behalf forever with power to dispose of the same at any time previous or by will or deed at her death as she may think proper. I also give and bequeath to my beloved wife the farming utensils used on and belonging to said plantation of any description whatever, my two horses, two cows, and two calves, corn, fodder and all produce belonging to me, two hogs and all my household and kitchen furniture, my buggy and wagons. All without reserve and limitations. I hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Mary B. Geer Executrix of my Last Will and Testament.
