State of Georgia
I H. M. Freeman of Said State and County being of Sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament.
Item 1: I wish my executor's as soon as possible after my death to pay all my debts. If a sale of property shall be necessary I wish them to select for sale that which can be most advantagously used for that purpose and I authorize them to sell the same at public or private sale as they may see fit.
Item 2: I give to my beloved wife Lou, the sum of Five hundred. It to be a first charge against my estate.
Item 3: I direct that all of any property both real and personal after paying my debts, remain as it now is and be used for Support of the family and no division of it be made untill my youngest child Fannie becomes twenty one years old.
Item 4: When my daughter Fannie becomes twenty one years old. It is my will and direction that all of my property both real and personal be equally divided my wife Lou and my children, Ernest, Mollie Miller, Charlie, Flora Broome, Bliss, Luther, Ema, Henry, Willis, Lucile and Fannie, Share and Share alike. If any of them shall die without issue the share or shares of the deaceased ones to be equally divided between those in life or should any of die and have issue the share or shares of the parents to be equally divided between their children, Share and Share alike.
Item 5: In the division of my property as directed in Item 4, my executors may divide it and sell it as a whole or by division in lots may sell public or privately as may seem to them to be for the best interest of the heirs. So as to realize the largest amount for their shares in said estate.
Item 6: I do hereby appoint my wife Lou Ambrose Freeman executrix and my son Bliss Freeman executors of this my last will and relieve from giving bond and security or making any inventory or returns to any court of their actions and doings.
Item 7: I appoint my wife Lou, Guardian for my minor children, Willis, Lucile and Fannie and relieve her from giving bond and security or making returns as such Guardian. In testamony where of I have here into set my hand and Seal this 11th day of May 1912.
