In the name of God, Amen, I Bazzle HUMAN of Elbert County and State of Georgia
being very sick and weak in Body but of perfect mind and memory --thanks be given unto God --
Calling unto mind the mortality of my body --and knowing that it is appointed for all men once
to die, do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament. That is to say Principally and
first of all, I give and Recommend my soul into the hand of almighty God that gave it and
my body I recommend to the Earth to be buried in a decent Christian burial at the discrestion
of my Executor. Nothing doubting but at the General Resurrection I shall receive the same
again by the mighty power of God -- And as touching such worldly estate wherewith it has
pleased God to bless me with in this Life, I give, demise and dispose of the same in the
following manner and form -- First I will that Four Hundred and Eighty acres of my land
beginning at the mouth of a branch at the foard of Holly Creek with the mill, one horse
and waggon and what rye I justly have shall be sold to pay all my lawfull debts and the remain
ing part of the money, if there be any, to be equally divided among my Dear Children, Peggy
WELLS, Anny HUMAN, Rutha HUMAN, Susannah HUMAN and my Dear Wife, Issable HUMAN -- Also I will
that the other remaining four Hundred acres of my land be equally divided between my Dearly Be
loved wife Issabel HUMAN and my son Alexander HUMAN -- for her freely to possess and use in
her Natural Life and then the same to fall to my son, Bazzle HUMAN, him and his lawfull heirs
forever. And in case of Death or no such heir the said land shall be equally divided among his
other brothers and sisters, my son Alexander HUMAN to have his Choice of the above mentioned
land. Also give unto my dear wife Issabel HUMAN one bed which she now lies upon and furniture
and at her discease the said bed to be Susannah HUMAN's right and property. Also I give unto
my daughter Susannah HUMAN one cow and calf, also I give unto my daughter Anny HUMAN one cow
and calf which was formilly called hers and one feather bed and furniture, Also I give unto
Rutha HUMAN one cow and calf which was formilly called hers, Also I give unto my Son
Alexander HUMAN whom I likewise constitute, make and ordain the soul executor of this my last
Will and Testament, one cow and calf With all the Working Tools which justly belongs to me as
his Right and Property -- Also I will that all my Remaining Household stuff and moveable
affects that shall remain after the above Legisays are paid shall be equally divided among my
Dear Wife and Children, that is to say Alexander HUMAN, Peggy WELLS -- Anny HUMAN, Susannah
HUMAN, & Rutha HUMAN, & my Dear Wife Issabel HUMAN and at her death her part to be Equally
Divided amongst the above named children for them freely to possess & enjoy with all the Rest
-- and I do hereby utterly Disallow, Revoke, and Disannul all and Every other former Wills
testaments wills Legacies Bequeaths, Rattifying and confirming this and No other to be my Last
Will and Testament. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal this 10th of January
In the Year of Our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninty Five.
