In the name of God Amen I John G. Bullock of the County and State aforesaid being low in bodily health but of perfect mind and memory thinks be to God calling to mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men to die, do make and ordain this my last will and testament, that is to say, principally and first of all, I give and recommend my soul to the hand of almighty God that gave it & my body to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian burial at the discretion of my Executors, nothing doubting but at the general reservation I shall receive the same again by the almighty power of God, and as tuching such worldly Estate where with it has please God to bless me with in this life. I give demise and dispose of in the following manner and form _?_.
1st
It is my will that my just debts be first paid.
2nd
I will and bequeath unto my beloved father and mother Hawkins and Frances Bullock my two negro men Jerry and Green, during the natural lives of my said father and mother for their sole use.
3rd
At the death of my father and mother I will and bequeath unto my brothers Alexander G. Bullock and Nathaniel H. Bullock the two negroes aforesaid on their paying my brother William G. Bullock on hundred dollars, my brother Richard H. Bullock one hundred dollars and my brother Hawkins S. Bullock one hundred dollars.
4th
I will and bequeath unto my sister Frances R. Bullock one hundred dollars to be paid by my father when she shall come of Lawful age.
5th
And I do hereby appoint William Meroney & John Meroney my executors to this my last will and Testament.  In Witness where of I the said John G. Bullock have here unto set my hand & seal this sixth day of June one thousand eight hundred & twenty six.

Personally appeared in open Court John Meroney and after being duly sworn saith that he saw the within named John G. Bullock (testator) sign seal & acknowledge the within instrument of writing to be his last will and Testament and that he believed him to be in his proper senses and of sound disposing thoughts and that he subscribed the same as a witness, and he further saith that he saw Nathan Meroney do likewise.
Sworn to and subscribed in open Count this 4th day of May 1835.
