I, Jesse White of said state and county, being of sound and disposing mind but of advanced age and know that all men have to die and deeming it right and proper that I should dispose of the property with which a kind providence has blessed me do therefore make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other heretofore made by me.

White lying on Savannah River extending to the nearest cross fence below my said son, William G. W. containing about three or four acres also the privilege and use of my dwelling house and necessary out buildings as a home for her to have and use for the benefit during her natural life or widowhood and at the death of my wife, the land mentioned in this item to be sold and divided amongst my several legatees as hereinafter named.

Item 3. I desire and direct that the balance of my estate both real and personal be sold by my executors at such time or times as they may deem best to the interest of my estate and the proceeds thereof to be equally divided amongst my several children, share and share alike.
