I William F. Attaway of Said State and County being of Sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and testament.
To God the giver of life and immortality, I bequeath my soul.
I will that my property Situated in the town of Royston be sold or a Sufficient part thereof to pay all my just debts.
Whereas my wife P.V. Attaway is very old and feeble and whereas my two daughters, Mary and Harriet who are now living with and unable to Support themselves, I will that they be supported out of the proceeds or rent of my land in Hart County But none of Said land shall be Sold until after their death.
After the death of the three beneficiaries named in the foregoing Item (being Item 3rd) All of my property both personal and real shall be Sold and the proceeds of Said Sale Shall be equally divided among my children their heirs or assigns to wit: Wilburn B. Attaway, Thos W. Attaway, Laura E. Phillips, Geneva K. Evans, Lavina Ann Evans, Willie L. Attaway and James Floyd Attaway.
I hereby constitute my Son Willie L. Attaway Sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament, But in case of his death before this Will is finally executed, then I appoint my grand Son Noman W. Phillips to act in the completion of Said Executorship this May 1st 1902.
