These are actual court documents concerning stray animals/livestock! While the complete text of them can be interesting reading, the only "genealogical" importance seems to be a record of residents of Fayette County who may not be recorded elsewhere, therefore all I am doing is abstracting the names included by year and occasionally other information that could be helpful to researchers. This microfilm covers the years 1823 - 1873 and I will be adding to this transcription as time permits.
