\par \f1 Mrs. Annie Ethel Hyde, 83, Kingston Road, Rte. 6, died Sunday evening in a Rome hospital after a brief illness. \par Mrs. Hyde was born in Bartow County Aug. 20, 1892, daughter of the late John and Victorie Penson. She resided much of her life in Fliyd County where she was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist\par Church and Ladies Sunday School. Her husband, William D. Hyde, Sr. died in 1952. A son, Raymond Hyde, died in 1973 and a second son, W. D. Hyde, Jr. died in 1962. \par Survivors inclue a daughter, Mrs. Edna Rogers, Rome. a son, L. C. Cope, Rome; one sister, Mrs. Ruby Carter, Rome; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. \par Services will be hel at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Jennings Funeral Home chapel with the Revs. Willard Willis and Hoyt Coker officiating.\par Interment will be in Mizpah cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. today and at the residence at other hours.\par Pallbeaers include Chester Rogers, Johnny Rogers, Billy Hyde, Franklin Penson, Jimmy Hyde and Doyal Penson.\f0
