\par \cf1\f1 Frank L. England, 77, of 1 Poplar St. died Thursday morning at a Rome hospital. \par Mr. England was born in Oglethorpe County, Sept. 20, 1918, son of the late Marvin Lewis England and Lelia Landrum England. \par He was a member of West Rome Baptist Church and prior to retirement was employed at General Motors Company. \par He was an Army veteran. \par Survivors include his wife, Emogene Sills England, to whom he was married Dec. 17, 1948; a daughter, Michelle Collins, Rome; a son, James Arthur Richardson, Marietta; a brother Mell\par England, Lithonia; four grandchildren. \par Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church of Lithonia with Dr. Jim Martin officiating. \par Interment will be at HillandDale Cemetery, Lithonia.<\cf0\f0 BR>\par \pard\cf1\f1\par \par \par \pard\sb100\sa100 \par \par \par \par \cf0\par \par \par \par \cf1\par \par \par \par }
